Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all GetFit clients enrolled in the 10-Week Lean Transformation Programme and any ongoing subscription-based services.

10-Week Lean Transformation Programme

• The 10-Week Lean Transformation Programme is a fixed-term commitment.

• Cancelling part-way through the programme does not entitle the client to a refund, partial refund, or credit, regardless of attendance, engagement, or results.

• Clients who choose to stop participating before the programme ends will still be responsible for the full programme fee, which is paid upfront.

Subscription-Based Services

• Clients may cancel their ongoing subscription at any time, subject to the notice terms below.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing (e.g. via email) and will only be confirmed once acknowledged by GetFit.

Notice Period

• A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required to cancel a subscription.

• Any payments due within the notice period will still be charged.

Effect of Cancellation

• Upon cancellation, clients will retain access to services until the end of the current billing period.

• After this time, all coaching access, programme materials, and support will be withdrawn.

• No refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.

Pausing Services

• Subscriptions cannot be paused unless explicitly agreed in writing by GetFit.

• Any agreed pauses are offered at GetFit’s discretion and do not alter the original terms of payment.

Exceptional Circumstances

• In exceptional cases (e.g. serious illness or injury), GetFit may, at its sole discretion, offer:

o A temporary pause, or

o Credit toward future services

• Supporting documentation may be required. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Acknowledgement

By enrolling in any GetFit programme or subscription, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.

Refund Policy

At GetFit, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching and support throughout the entire 10-Week Lean Transformation Programme. Please read the following refund policy carefully before enrolling.

Payment Terms

• The 10-Week Lean Transformation Programme is paid in full upfront prior to the start date.

• By completing payment, clients agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy.

Refund Eligibility

• No refunds will be issued once the programme has started, regardless of participation level, missed sessions, or failure to follow the programme.

• This includes, but is not limited to, changes in personal circumstances, motivation, schedule conflicts, illness, or injury.

Cooling-Off Period

• Clients may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the programme has not yet begun and no programme materials, onboarding, or coaching services have been delivered.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Programme Commitment

• Results are dependent on client effort, consistency, and adherence to the programme. As such, results are not guaranteed, and lack of results does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

• In rare and exceptional circumstances (e.g. serious medical issues), GetFit may, at its sole discretion, offer:

o Programme credit for future services, or

o A partial refund

• Supporting documentation may be required.

Non-Transferable

• Programme access and payments are non-transferable to another individual.

By enrolling in the 10-Week Lean Transformation Programme, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.

Money back gaurantee policy

GetFit offers a conditional money-back guarantee on our 10-Week Lean Transformation Programme.

This guarantee is designed to protect clients who fully commit to the programme and follow the coaching process as prescribed.

If a client meets all eligibility requirements outlined below and does not achieve a measurable improvement in body composition, they may request a full refund of programme fees.

For the purposes of this guarantee, a successful outcome is defined as a measurable improvement in body composition, demonstrated by one or more of
the following:

• Reduction in scale bodyweight
• Visible fat loss as shown in before and after progress photos
• Reduction in body measurements (e.g. waist, hips)

A client does not need to lose a specific number of kilograms to be considered successful. Subjective dissatisfaction alone does not constitute failure of the programme.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the money-back guarantee, clients must meet all the following conditions:

1. Programme Completion & Engagement
• The client must complete the full 10-week programme
• A minimum of 8 out of 10 weekly check-ins must be completed
• Check-ins must be submitted on time and include requested information
(e.g. bodyweight, progress updates, feedback)
• Extended periods of non-communication or disengagement will void the
guarantee

2. Nutrition Adherence
• The client must follow the prescribed nutrition plan for at least 90% of the
programme duration
• The client must be able to provide reasonable evidence of adherence if
requested (e.g. food logs, screenshots, food photos, or written summaries)
• Any deviations from the plan must be communicated honestly during
check-ins. Failure to follow the nutrition plan or refusal to provide adherence data will void the
guarantee.

3. Training Adherence
• The client must complete at least 90% of prescribed training sessions
• Training completion must be logged or confirmed as requested by the coach

4. Communication & Transparency
• The client must communicate challenges, injuries, illness, medication changes, or major lifestyle disruptions during the programme
• Failure to disclose relevant information that may impact results will void the guarantee

Exclusions
The money-back guarantee does not apply if:
• The client stops engaging with coaching
• The client fails to follow or deliberately ignores programme guidance
• The client runs additional fat-loss programmes or contradicts the coaching advice
• The client seeks a refund based solely on dissatisfaction despite measurable progress
• The client intentionally withholds information or misrepresents adherence

Refund Request Process
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of programme completion

Requests will be reviewed based on:
o Check-in history
o Nutrition and training adherence
o Progress data and photos
• A decision will be provided within 5 business days
• If approved, a full refund of programme fees will be issued
